10Hours & house rules

Monday to Friday07h00 to 18h00
  • We're closed on weekends and public holidays.
  • Early drop-offs (from 06h30) are by prior arrangement only.
  • Please collect your dog by closing time. Late collections incur an additional fee.
  • We close for 10 working days over the December / January festive season. Full daycare fees for December / January remain due and payable.
  • If your dog will miss any daycare days during this period, let us know in writing beforehand, specifying which days you'd like to book as catch-up days. All catch-up days must be used within 30 days.

Before your first day

  • Label everything with your dog's name and breed. Items are left at the owner's risk and may come home chewed or damaged.
  • Bring your dog's own food every day. Lunches and medication must be in a sealed, labelled container with written instructions. We do not administer injections.
  • Vaccinations (DHPP, Rabies and Bordetella / Kennel Cough) must be completed at least 10 days before your dog's first visit.
  • Deworming, tick & flea prevention must be started at least 10 days before attending and kept up monthly or every 3 months, depending on the product.
  • Sterilisation: dogs must be spayed / neutered, except puppies under 6 months. Dogs in heat cannot attend.
  • Personality questionnaire: we'll send this during onboarding so we can get to know your dog.

11Terms & conditions

  • Pet insurance / medical aid is strongly recommended but not compulsory.

The owner expressly acknowledges that Belly Rub Club shall not, in any manner whatsoever and in so far as the law allows, be liable for any loss, injury and/or damages howsoever sustained by any animal and/or owner and/or their property arising from any cause whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any negligent act or omission of Belly Rub Club. Owners are requested to examine and satisfy themselves as to the conditions of the daycare for the intended use and, on signing hereof, agree that they are satisfied with such conditions.

12Payment

Please pay your daycare fees monthly by EFT. Invoices are sent on the 20th of each month and are payable in advance by the last working day of the month for the following month. December invoices are sent before the 20th and are due by 30 December.

unconditionally and voluntarily consent to Belly Rub Club collecting, holding, organising, storing, using, processing and administering my personal information for the purposes of business relations and/or dealings and/or for purposes as set out in this Agreement and/or by operation of law.

I confirm that the personal information (as defined in POPIA) may be used for the administration and enforcement of business relations and/or dealings and for purposes as set out in this Agreement, as well as by operation of law, and I further accept that this may involve the information being sent to a country outside the Republic of South Africa.

I acknowledge that I have the right to request a list of the names and addresses of any potential recipients of the information and to review and correct the information if I so wish.

I acknowledge that the collection, processing and/or transfer of the information is important to enforce the contractual relationship with Belly Rub Club and that failure to consent may result in the cancellation of business relations and/or dealings.

Belly Rub Club commits to notifying me immediately should it become aware that any of my information has been accessed by an unauthorised person, and to ensuring that all personal information is held securely and safeguarded. Where other organisations are required to provide services to me, Belly Rub Club will bind these service providers to its privacy policy in so far as they may require access to my personal information to perform such services and/or by operation of law.

Should I not agree to any of the above conditions, I am required to notify Belly Rub Club immediately at bellyrubclubparkmore@gmail.com. Should Belly Rub Club not hear from me, it will be taken as consent to the above.
